Schuberth is the best quality modular helmet that you can get at the moment. But they sure are expensive.
For the best go to schuberth but for the best bang for your buck you really need to look further. Think you will end up at Nolan with the new N104.

My First modular was a HJC. Which was big and noisy. After thst I had a Nolan this was better but was not impressed with the overall quality. Now I have a Schuberth which I believe is the best so far. All had intergrated sun visors.

Yeah, the fuelconsuption you are getting is a little outrages. When I got mine new it did about 7.5L / 100 KM so 1 on 14 or 38 MPG UK or 33 MPG US and has been doing so for the last 21K KM
I might be getting this completly wrong but with stock gearing going 75 MPH mine runs about 4750 RPM. So 4K RPM is quite low if you ask me for going 75 MPH. MY CBF1000 stock also did about 4750 RPM going 75 MPH.
Found this on the dutch Yamaha Website but expect the partnumbers to be the same.
It the complete rear section of a 2010 FZ1N. If you look on the partnumbers you should be able to find some websites that sell it.
The FZ1N can also be fitted with a "little headlight bikini faring". Mutliple verdors have it and you can also get a Yamaha one. I have the Yamaha one but because I have never ridden without it I do not know if it helps alot.
You will love your FZ1N and yes the slipon or full system will give you a power boost. For the slipon you will not need a PC but I am not sure about the full system. But there are enough people on here that will know.
Did you alreay think about the color or are you still in doubt about that?
