I've watched his go over the lines on an attempt to be"fast" it's more of a challenge to stay within the lane.

I'm also in MO, probably in BDazzler's back yard. I've not been active for a while but finally got tapatalk working on my phone again.

I liked what has been said. Both Clyde and Brock have some good points.
In know a traditional MC is all Harleys but there are some that are sport bike related and some who say they don't care what you ride.
Some clubs are heavy on participation, the ones I have looked into say their...
I do belong to a few online forums and really enjoy sharing, reading, and learning from others who share the same hobby. I have also joined in some "social clubs" who do not have a patch or color but maybe a logo, who get together for bike-nights, events, and even charity work. My problem with...
A friend of mine is talking about starting up a chapter of a reputable MC in our area. I got to hang out with some of the guys and they seem to be good people with a strong sense of brotherhood.
I am wondering if anyone has any experience with MC's and would like to share about it...
Wow, I really wondered if the car involved in some of those actually stopped. I've seen other videos of Russian drivers and they can't seem to be able to keep from hitting themselves let alone someone on a motorcycle. I even heard insurance companies require dash board mounted cameras because...
I used the heat gun method for opening up the headlights. it was rather easy to do and not that messy. I installed two LED lights for blinkers in the upper corners and have been looking at getting the Angel Eyes to do once I gather the parts.
I've been thinking/dreaming of getting a lift table for a while but this is pretty slick too. You just wouldn't be able to use it with older bikes. Lately I've just been taking advantage of the center stand to do work on the bike. Getting the front tire off the ground can be tricky but not...
That's a great idea, I have installed some LED turn signals and it can only be seen from the side. I've been thinking of adding signals to the headlight but this would be a smart idea too.
Thanks.:shine:
I got bit by the Adventure bug and have thought about trading my FZ6 in or wondering if I could change it around to be a dual sport. The first motorcycle I wanted to get was the Kawasaki KLR 650, it just happened when I was in the market for a motorcycle I wanted something for the street...
Sorry to hear, it seems like we've been getting hit with a lot of rain. The Mississippi is really high. I went down to the Arch last weekend and the road by the river was probably 3 feet under water. I hope you guys get some relief soon.
I agree, I use my phone for everything from locating someplace to eat, directions to and from different places as well as playing gps games like Geocaching, Munzees, and Ingress. It also keeps me up todate with FB, forums, and my email.
I've hooked up some hand grip warmers as well as tried to add a couple outlets too. I think I cooked a USB adapter somehow and have been re-thinking how I'm going to do the setup. I've also looked around and I know fuse blocks can be expensive for quality or really cheap but then I'd worry...
I'm confused... I have an 06, do I need to worry about my cam? I've never noticed anything that would suggest something is happening or going wrong. I also try to keep up with oil changes and other maintenance.
