    Hello all. Just getting pulse on these screws. I noticed some rattling and after looking around, found that the two screws that hold in the plastic radiator side covers were missing from one side.     I had a CM400T as my first bike when i was 18. It really was awesome and if i hadn't ruined it, it would have been a keeper as a 2nd bike. sometimes its more fun to wind out a smaller machine than hardly use half throttle to break the law.

    Got the chance to ride to work today after the silicon sealant from my AIS removal had time to dry over night. It took care of just about all popping and backfires and so forth that i had. Love it! It looks very clean now too. easy access to clean the top of the engine.

    Just finished installing my Holeshot AIS block off. Man it was hot out. sweating my balls off. Anyway, it looks a ton cleaner under the fuel tank and saved about 3 lbs.... lol. I can't test drive to see if it takes care of some of the popping til tomorrow.

    got my bike back from the shop for tuning. after installing the full holeshot comp exhaust, and timing advance, plus KNN filter and airbox mod. I did not get a pre packaged jet kit, I had the shop modify and replace what was needed. I ended up with 133 hp and 72 ft/lbs. Not to bad really...

    got the call that my bike is ready for pic up.... 10 minutes prior to the shop closing for the day. i was at the range, so couldn't get there in time. lame. BUt, it should be dyno tuned and purring when i get it tomrrow!

    AIS removal question...

    so i am taking my bike in on thursday, and do not have a removal kit or block offs. does removing this affect anything with the air fuel ratios to the point where i would want to remove it before i take it in next week? or if i remove it AFTER the tuning, will anything change?

    Saturday/Sunday i got my holeshot 3 degree timing advance installed. as well as the comp headers installed. no pics yet! comp header with 14' slip on sounds really deep and mean. so far so good, i just have to re jet now, and i should be done!

    Installed the slip on portion of my full holeshot comp exhaust. finished blacking out some things, rear sets, side cover things, radiator guards.. installed K&N air filter, and did the airbox mod.
