Excellent +++ condition pipe from my 2009 FZ1. Complete with the cables and valve.
Anyone in the Tampa Bay area can pickup for $50 cash.
I don't have a decent box for it at the moment so can't ship right away. I'm thinking around $75 shipped CONT USA.

Hey all! I haven't posted in a while but it's not due to a lack of love for the FZ1 or this site, just the FZ1 spoke for itself so easily. I think my last post was about the Two Brothers exhaust sound levels, a while ago!
Anyway friends, yesterday I traded the FZ1 for a 2012 Concours 14. I...
The chain on my Bandit needed adjusting about every 3 months. In bad need of replacement at 9k miles.
I've adjusted the FZ1 chain once in 1.5 years. I'm talking stock chains - but just sayin' maybe quality matters, and the Bandit chain was cheap? The Bandit did have more low end grunt, maybe...
I just tried the P1 because it was free with the eBay buyer I used. The P1 was delayed a few days so I ran with the normal pipe for a day. After putting in the P1, I was thinking TB's claims were patently false. Came to find out, it does make a difference, it just depends on "where" you measure...
Louder, maybe. Skewed, no.
As long as both tests (with and without P1) were done in the exact same conditions, then we're still comparing apples to apples. The garage afforded a lower background noise. The door was open.
I'd be glad to! I might eventually need new torx bolts. rolleyes:

One thing I forgot to mention, as cars drove by, they did not even rigister 60dB (the lowest setting on the 60 to 130 dB setting I was on). But, lets say a car was 60dB. The FZ1 with TBR was 81dB. It takes...
Wow, it's been a long time. How is everybody? Still loving the FZ1, and got a Two Brothers exhaust recently. Which brings me to my topic. The P1 sound suppression tip. This is an add-on that costs about $30 and installs between the pipe end and the outlet flange.
I tested the sound...
Well, I've gotten a few emails that said I should come back to FZ1-Forum, but I never really left :party0011:, just not much to say. Loving the bike, had it for 10 months now. I set aside my tax return to get an exhaust, and spent it on a new helmet instead. : oops: But I love it - I finally...
Black fades just like red does. It may fade to a more desirable color, like flat black or gray, but if the red fades, so will the black. BTW, the red adjusters are fairly "pink" looking right out of the box, but it doesn't distract. Looks fine to me. Oh, and mine look mint after a few months...
So are there any slip-ons out there that are made to work with the EXUP in place?
If I went with a new pipe, I'd hate myself if I lost an inch-pound of low end torque, which is the reason the EXUP is there. (?).
I have a son who is the light of my life, and I enjoy playing drums, progressive rock music, some of my work as a software engineer is rewarding, and I love my dogs, which may include making fun of them .......
We have canned, un-pickled beets here also, exactly as you show but from different brands. I like 'em. The better quality come in glass jars as opposed to cans (tins). It's a like or hate thing. I'd say 1 in 10 people I know would say they like beets. My brother says they taste like dirt. We get...
I went real cheap with eBay My World - supply(n)demand - I wasn't sure I wanted frame sliders so at $25 shipped, I was not out much money to try them. They look fine, although the eBayer is a little too sure of himself.
