I think we all agree that the biker was in the wrong by speeding and running. I just find it stupid to endanger the public and yourself just to give a biker a speeding ticket. When the cop saw the biker run he should have used his radio and got help knowing that he cant keep up with a sport bike.
I agree that the biker does not need to be free to speed any time he feels like it but the cop should have used his radio. If he had used the radio they may have been able to head the biker off and not put himself and the public in danger.
