ok so i got the part and put it on the lever. the thing is the bike seemed fine without it on. its been off for the past 5 months or so. so now it makes me wonder wtf you knwo
hi, no i haven't bled them, as its an ABS there are lots of lines and is not something i am going to attempt. it took my mechanis a while to bleed them when they were put on so no way am i doing it. i will take her to the bike shop tomorrow

ok so, noticed today that the bite point on the front brake keeps moving.
for instance, i was going down a hill at low speed as i was in traffic. i was using the front brake to stay at a slow pace and had the biting point but as i was going further down the hill the biting point got longer...

on the microfiche on a UK site it shows the product number as: 2D1-26335-00-00 but on non UK microfiche the beginning of the part number is different: 3C3-26335-00-00
is the prouct the same?

i cant find any decent pics to compare if this is normal or not. someone said its machining marks by Yamaha and others say its chain damage. left hand side on the engine casing.
if any of you guys have half an hour to check yours that would be awesome.
