    Noisy Front Folks

Hey Animal are you still getting the knocking noise. I have the same and i know its the pads moving in the calipers, changed the pads and the springs, but no change, tried bending the springs to hold the pads in place tighter but only temporarily fixed it. Did you sort yours out? Luke

    Tyres

Lil late now but changed my Battleaxe for Michelin Road Pilot 3's and i'm made up with them, so much so I bought a set for my girlfriends CB1000R. Not expensive either. Double compound, great wear on the central section. I'm a bit od a fair weather rider but they got great reviews for handling...

    I want a new screen

Guys, I'm looking replace my current screen. I bought the bike with the current one, 49 cm tall, (19' state side) which i'm sure is a touring screen. I really fancy getting a smaller one to make it look a little sharper. i'm guessing even the standard one looks better. I'm also thinking a...

    F-Trip

I've done a bit of research on this and it seems to show that the warning light comes on when you've got about a 1/4 of a tank left. So if you do 120 miles from full when it comes on you should have about 40 miles to completely empty. This seems to be for quite a few bikes, certainly for my...

    Dinner or a ticket?

hey Billy, your not wrong about Missy, made me smile. On the spot fines are common in the UK and in France, everything gets recorded and full receipts issued and i don't think its abused, certainly in northern europe. To me it saves a lot hassle, when you know they've recorded your speed and...

    Dinner or a ticket?

Riding any good distance or speed for me means getting the ferry to France and bikers here monitor our French Gendarmie's (cops) activities closely. There are (verified) story's of very steep on the spot fines for speeding in the region of 300 euros and they escort you to the ATM for the cash...

    Recommend Crash bungs/engine sliders

Appreciate the comment, heard good things about R&G, supposedly they fabricated the bolts so they bend not break to increase the protection. Trouble is they got 'R&G' written all over 'em, i'll check out the evotechs and what others have suggested. Cheers.
