Does anyone have insurance on their bikes to cover a track crash? I have two track days lined up on the FZ in the near future. I put "extra" insurance on the bike to cover a crash. I plan to get a dedicated track bike at some point but the extra funds for basically a giant toy that has zero usability other that screaming down a track are difficult to justify.

My "insurance" was to get a reasonable priced second hand race bike. I'm not sure how insurance cies in US will charge for crashing on cct, but our insurance cy will NOT cover any crash on circuit. If we crash with our street bike, you need to drag the wreckage to the street and claim you crashed on a public road...
