New Yamaha Project???

Very nice end result on that machine Pete! It looks great!

I still have a couple more idea up my sleeve Lee.

This week a friend of mine is helping me install the MotoGadget M-Unit and M-Button. He builds race cars and has used similar devices and is good at electrical.

I've also been thinking about how to better integrate the rear fender/tail light. I'm thinking of making a "cowl" that will go from the base of the seat to the tail light to cover all of the mounting stuff. Paint it blue to match. Also trim the fender down and raise the license plate up. It should look much cleaner and the additional blue will really tie the whole bike together.

The cowl will be one very similar to what David Aldana has on his old Bob Work XV920R back in the AMA days. I want to make it cleaner looking however.

One thing at a time.

I visited Revival Cycles today and snapped a few photos. I also picked up so M-Switchs, a trick battery cable kit, and ordered some Posh brand turn signals.

I made 3 cables this afternoon. The red one is positive from the battery to the R &R, black is battery negative to the motor, and the 30 amp fused cable is from the battery positive to the M-Unit.

I've decided to build the main power path first, so the bike will run, then build the other stuff on, lights, horns, etc.

That way my brain doesn't explode!

My 3 Button M-Switch arrived so I hope to get the bike running this weekend. Time permitting.
