That would be the spots. I am stuck in Prudhoe like I said, but once I get home I will give Yosh a call and see what they can do for. Thanks for your help.
Here is the best shot of it that I got. I work on location on oil rigs so I cant get better pictures until I fly home. Really all of the joints seemed to be a nice tight fit until I got to the one before last and the last one. The "header" sections all fit nice and tight with no blow by...
That is what I thought, it seems to be the worst where the muffler joint is. I will just have to track down some band clamps for it and make sure it is air tight.
Here is my little beast after the new exhaust, footpeg delete, fender eliminator, and new headlights and taillights that you cant even see. I need to button some stuff up before the season but I am just going to ride and stop modding it while I do my Turbo conversion on my little Ranger.
Oh, that's right, well I will add them to my gen 2 then lol. The strips I actually put on the top of headlight inbetween where the fairing meets it. I tried them inside the headlight itself but I had to heat up the headlight to put the clear cover back on and when I did that the strips fell...
Worthless without pics haha. I am stuck at work for the next couple weeks but I will post some good ones once I get back to home.
I like the driving lights on the side like that, and I noticed you drilled out the top corner of the light and put in some small running bulbs, I think I will do...
Those should look pretty good, I am curious how you are going to place those on there. I never finished my headlight wiring before I had to come to work but everything is installed ready to go. Show us some pictures when you are done!
Just installed the full Yosh R-77 :) Also got the foot peg delete on at the same time!! My baby is looking good...can't say that for the messy garage though
Thank you. How do your projectors attach to the headlight housing? The ones that came for my bike fit in there ok but are so heavy I have a feeling they are going to end up snapping the inside chrome part when I come down hard from a wheelie or something.
I actually do need somewhere to get new LED strips. I contacted the seller about the broken one and told me he would replace it but charge me $20 in shipping. I could buy a set off eBay for 4.95 with free shipping so I told him no thanks.

Hopefully I'm not interrupting this post, but I have a 09 FZ1 (us version) and want to do the R1 fork swap and was wondering if there is a post I am missing that has somewhat of a comprehensive list of what is needed that is in relatively plain English?
I have been on a bunch of forums, mostly truck forums (Ford man here, don't hate!) And pretty much what I have found, from all of the heated debates, that everyone has there own opinion and many are quite stubborn about it. I have done quite a bit of research myself just to find out that I get...
I think that they will look great in the end, but I will have to order some more to replace the broken one. Just the LED strips are pretty cheap off of Ebay, the good thing about the HID Projector kit is that it only uses one of the headlight plugs to power both of the headlights (you have to...
