Hi all, looking for some help. Has anyone replaced the front forks from an R1, if so, what model fits?

I swapped mine with a 2008 R1 front end. Works beautifully. Swapped springs for my weight and haven't looked back, handles road and track perfectly. keep in mind you will need to get the brake calipers and rotors and that they are a little shorter than the fz1 front end so it'll be a little nosed down which will help with your turn in but, soft rear will squat the whole way out of the corner. highly recommend doing rear shock as well.
