I would go from Tahoe via Kingsbury Grade. Drove down that way and it way twisty and not too much traffic. Just go a bit further south before going east.

No doubt KingsburyGrade is a nice road but I suspect we may be farther south on Monitor pass or North of the Lake. Tahoe in the summer has to many tourists that don't know how to drive in the hills.

Twist the throttle as hard as you dare, slide in sideways to Dover, NH, kick back and enjoy the beer and grilled animal flesh with us, ride throughout New England with us, then hammer it back to the other coast.
