Michigan helmet law repealed

Didn't take long, out washing wifes car................guy across the street just took off on his annoyingly loud Fat Boy with nothing on but a pair of "Joe Cool" shades. :cool:

Curious how they will check to see if they have had their endorsement for over 2 years and proof of the $20,000 insurance. :dontknow:

The same way they check to make sure a helmet is DOT approved. They don't unless they absolutely have to (and i'll assume it was a stipulation inserted by the insurance company lobbyists to drum up some more money to cover the obvious increase in claims on motorcycle accidents). Just wait until an insurance company refused to pay up because a new rider smokes themselves, has $250k in ICU time and didn't have the required 2 years experience.
 
As long as my tax dollars do not go to medical care for those who chose not to wear a helmet, have an accident that results in head/brain injuries I think everyone should be able to choose. I can still think they are dumb asses though.
