Old door with a metal 'guide' for the keyhole. People used this to find their locks at night

The old Regensburg church, stained with coal dust. It was found that the coal was really bad for sandstone which was sometimes used to build it (whatever was available).

Here you can really see the corrosion on the sandstone vs the limestone

My son just got back from Italy and said that they are starting to cut the "love locks" off the bridges because they are adding too much weight!

Fun times, That bridge with the locks was on the news here to. Hop's, aaaah hops. I picked about 20 gallons this year, was a great grow. Your South, Sunday the 19th was Great weather, we hit mid 70's, Weird. Be safe Man, oh, Happy B-Day.

Make it home ? Weather has been bad for riding. I need to wash fill and cover up for winter.

Yep, home and pretty much resigned to commuting for the rest of the year now. Weather is very 'October' here now and that spells the end of road trips usually. I can always get out for a run to Squamish when the sun breaks!
