When replacing the gauges or meters on a 2008 FZ1, will the odometer reset to 0 on the new gauge? There is a 2008 FZ1 I am looking to purchase and the gauge is melted because of the Yamaha Touring Windscreen and was hoping if I replace the gauge, the mileage would stay the same to avoid...

He had the stock windscreen on the bike but he also had an extra. He showed it to me and it looked like it was. I didn't look to close at it but it seemed to have the same "touring" shape.
