Using a Tablet as a Motorcycle GPS Part 2

We have just returned from vacation in Florida and we took a US tomtom for navigation. Soon found it a pain to use so I download Nokia HERE and the florida map onto my phone, set it to offline to avoid roaming charges and it found every location we needed. Excellent app and free too, I think the...

    Florida vacation... advice required

We visited the space centre on our last visit and were lucky enough to catch the shuttle launch, I guess that's why it was soooo busy. Definitely will have a trip to merrit island and cocoa beach, maybe down the 95 on the return trip from Destination Daytona. **Eric Burdon is a 60's legend, a...

That's awesome Max, thanks. I remember the first two shopping malls from our last visit but have never been to the other places. We have a US sat nav this year so the zip codes should work a treat. It's always good to eat and shop where the locals go and avoid the usual tourist traps. Do you...

    Florida vacation... advice required

Hi guys, We are heading to Central Florida from the UK for New Year vacation and hoping to pick up some goodies like a sena bluetooth headset and maybe some kevlar jeans while we are there. Can anyone recommend any retailers or dealers we should visit in and around the Orlando area...

I live on the NE side, but Hartside is bang in the middle of the Pennines so in easy reach. Sounds like a plan :) Sent from my SM-T310 using Tapatalk

    been messing about again

I'm loving it, just put both those items in my ebay saved items. Do you have a tail tidy fitted and does the extender make a noticeable difference? Sent from my SM-T310 using Tapatalk

What did you do to your FZ today?

Good point Jon... I found that I had to pull the bottom of the tail section outwards to allow a little more room, then lift it off at an angle to avoid breaking the tabs. Mine was made even more difficult by the Givi rack mountings getting in the way... Slow and steady is the way to go... ;-) Biff.

What did you do to your FZ today?

Installation of Integrated Tail Light Hail did an excellent "how to" some time ago that I followed when I fitted mine. May be helpful for you... It saved me loads of time. Forgot to say thanks Brad... Cheers, Biff :bowdown...

    Exhaust Backfiring

UPDATE: After a 200 mile run yesterday I realised the backfiring is actually on and off the gas in 3rd gear. Good excuse for a PCV and play with a few different maps.

    Exhaust Backfiring

I have recently replaced the OEM silencer with a Beowulf Warrior can and gutted the cat in the headers. This caused the usual popping through the airbox so I did the ais block and fitted a K&N filter. The result is a much improved ride but when shifting 1st to 2nd I often get a backfire...
