I thought something looked odd about that bike color. I didn't notice badge missing on the front fairing and thought it was just the lighting that made the color look different. Unique color, looks good and I see you have a nice loud can to boot. Congrats!

NW ohio here, Toledo. Just picked up an 01 in January, been modding to hell and can't wait to get my first ride in!

I'll have to get some pics up, I just put mine on the other day and they look awesome. They are completely visible unlike a lot of bikes out there running pods and they don't look tacky at all imo. I say go for it!

Edit: Nevermind, bought an OEM header with EXUP for $50.00 on ebay.

According to Ivan, the pod filters work best in conjunction with the ported intake boots. Rejet with ivan's MB kit and buy a slip-on or full exhaust. Twist throttle and rip. I just re-installed my carbs this morning and put the K&N pods on. What a difference man... Those pods sound sweet...

Haha, I know what you mean. All I am buying the rest of this year will be a new windshield, r1 shifter arm, and a corbin backrest. Next winter might be paint.
