lolup I live in Colorado Springs! WHO would be living here that's famous?!?! Example: scavenger hunt on the 6 side...calls for a building 20+ stories...our tallest is 16! Really! But I hope someone will get this soon...hint hint hint

Lol, I know what you mean! I went riding for several hours around the beach Saturday night between thunderstorms and I thought "oh I better get out my iPhone and check the forum to see if I cam contribute to the riding game. Then I see I have to take a picture next to somebody famous... Come on I live in Alabama! Maybe a couple of months ago when they had a Jimmy Buffett concert at the beach... but even then I wouldn't want to go, ha! Ummm... can a famous place count? Mardi Gras started here in Mobile, AL.

For the sake of having the game move along, I am changing the challenge to:

A picture of you and your bike with someone or someplace relatively famous.

Just keep in mind that if you choose to do the "someplace" relatively famous, please make it a place that most of us would know.

By this new criteria I would say DenArnold has it then with photos in front of the memorial of the Battle of the Bulge.

Just sayin.... ;)
 
Just came across this thread. I had been afriad to open it in fear that it would be addicting and I can already tell my fears were justified. :) I'm in and might even be able to get the next challenge after work if nobody beats me to it.

Next Challenge: your bike ready to get soaked/washed in a self carwash facility

Sorry TimebombAZ but there is one rule that I know wasn't met here:

5) Pictures must be taken AFTER the challenge is posted. Don't cheat, there's no point of cheating... the point is to get out and ride!

That pic was taken with a Samsung SL620 but I'm guessing the time on the camera is incorrect as it states 10:56am? Back on 1/29/2010? :D

Challenge is still Your bike with the full moon in the background.

Early a.m.

I could have had this one today but did not see it until I got to work. If no one has this tonight I should be able to get it done in the early morning tomorrow. The moon was still bright and high in the sky when I headed for work.
 
You're gonna have to think about this one....

Next Challenge will be to get your bike with a sign (any kind of sign) with another members name on it. Can be his/her real name or screen name. (ex: Brenda's Boutique or Lighthouse Lighting) Good Luck!
