What grade oil would you use in a hot climate?

Delo 400 is NOT a car oil, it is a heavy duty diesel engine oil, it meets or exceeds all the ratings required for MC oil and is made from a much better base stock.
 
I'm in southern Florida now and the dealerships tell me they use 10/40 down here year round. So that's what I put in both bikes and I'll probably leave it that way till fall.
