What did you do to your Non-FZ1 motorcycle today.

Prepared the cockpit for travels this coming season.

Added Ram Mounts for phone, a future GoPro and added a steering nut GPS mount for my new Garmin ZUMO 660LM :sinister:

I replaced my rear wheel and cush drive bearings .
This is only my second time doing this and of corse nothing went easy !!
I finally heated the rim up pretty good and the bearings came out fine .

Finally got the DRZ back with the FCR 39 installed along with a new Pingel petcock. Wow! What a difference a good carb makes! Flat spot between 6500 and 700 is gone. Throttle response is predictable and smooth.

My son and I replaced the swingarm on the R6. The original one had been damaged when I crashed. Now I just need to replace the fork seals and it's ready for the track. The new season is only 6 weeks away. :)
 
Just got my seats back from LAAM Seats. He changes the foam of the seat and shape based on your size, weight and riding. They look great and can't wait for spring to get here for a road test. Everyone is raving about Seth's work and say the seats are perfect!!

I will get down to storage unit and put them on Thursday and dry ride it ride yelling out VROOM VROOM for now. LOL

They look great Brian. I'm digging the stitching. I hope they are as comfortable as they look. Have a Merry Christmas!
 
Not a huge fan of how the top boxes look on the Feejer but I certainly can understand how useful they are. I picked up a Shad 50L to use for those long road trips and I will use my luggage rack/backrest set up for the weekend trips. Having no pillion has one perk......LOTS of room to pack down. LOL
