I definitely need something for grip. I rode 478 miles yesterday in the hill country with some riders and my tank is just too slippery...

Especially in textiles, I just slide all over the place cracking a few nuts along the way. My mates don't have the same problem which means there is something different about me - either in technique or physically (or mentally?)

I went with a leather tank bra instead, mainly because I like the look and it's easier to remove.

I like the leather bra myself but getting back to the bike, I had the Tech Spec's on my ktm and they worked really well, was thinking of buying them for the fz.

I received a response yesterday stating they now had clear but they only came in sheets and you cut your own pattern. That was it.

Yah, I ended up getting Tech Spec snake skins. Took 2 days to arrive from them!

I also have the Tech Spec's and am happy with them, not peeling off after 1 year of install with sun exposure etc. I'd buy them again in a heartbeat, and they do help posture so much
