You can always remove the flies altogether, if you are worried about the fly coming off.

So here are Dan's flies... :eek5: A rough group to start with! But, I managed to snip, clip and clean them up for him and get a usable set of 38mm discs mailed back.

Update again, new pics added to the original post.
Tank and front airbox cover have been installed, front wheel hugger currently being painted!
Also, Locktite was dripped on more of the fly, to secure it in place.
