Service, what oil guys in UK using?

Hi my 2008 Fazer FZ1S is due a service and I was wondering what oil guys in the UK are using?

I have tried searching but nothing comes up apart from small threads that all say "not another oil thread" where are these threads?!!

A search on ebay comes up with: Silkolene Super 4 10W-40 & Oil Filter, 5L MOTUL 5100 10W40, Yamalube Fully Synthetic Oil

Anyone had issues with any of these?

I have used yamalube and Fuchs in the past with out any problems , my favourite oil is ( and current ) is shell advanced It always seems to make things smoother, I also use their 2 stroke oil for my old rd ,, I found a good price on eBay for it too ,
