New threads / topics?

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble trying to post a new technical topic....

Where is the "new thread" button on the home page or in the individual topic areas...?

The only one I could find is here.

OK, wierd. I changed browsers and now there is a beige New Thread button for each topic !!

Odd, what browser was having the problem? Also, you might need more than 10 posts before you can start a new thread outside the beginners section, that is common practice on many forums to prevent spam.
