Hey everyone, figured I should introduce myself, buying my FZ1 from one of my best friends when I get back from this deployment soon so he can upgrade to the S1000RR! Anyway, can't wait for the bike, I've ridden it before and he's done enough work for me to not have much left! =D Been lurking on here for a few weeks, wanted to join in order to message Satan666 and get some badass highway pegs for the ride back to San Diego on leave. Looking forward to all the helpful info and hoping to meet some other local owners at some point.

Take some wet sand paper or a scrotchbrite pad to them pipes.....will clean them up and give you a nice shine! Nice bike!

I have the same pipe (as the full Graves exhaust)

Thanks for the heads up on the pipes, I'll be sure to do that! I was thinking about wrapping them, until I found a thread talking about the exhaust wrap holding in moisture and corroding them of course!
