New FZ1 Owner

Hi,
wanted to introduce myself, I have just traded up to a FZ1N(not collected yet) from a FZ6 fazer.I'm a member of our FZ6 forum and look forward to Moding my bike.

What are you planning for mods? Having made mistakes, I'd suggest your primary focus is on suspension and handling. Work on performance and looks later.

I was very tempted and almost bought an FZ6 or FZ6R, but the dealer was a jerk, and I ended up waiting several years. I found my used '07 FZ1 in Oct 2010 and I've been so happy I got the FZ1. From what I've heard from previous FZ6 owners, the FZ1 is a VERY nice upgrade. Enjoy and be safe! :woot: Congrats! :cheerleader:

I'm not one but two FZ6 bikes.... '05 and '08. Used to be FZ6inNH on the site but my name has changed twice now.
