Had you gotten her license plate and pulled over and called the cops, they may have gotten her for fleeing the scene of an accident then.

Your insurance should cover and in turn go after her insurance. You could take her to small claims court too. Get a copy of the police report. It will have all the info you need. You may even have to obtain it for your insurance company anyway.

glad to hear your ok.I live on Washington/oregon border and worry all the time about some bone head cutting me off or getting rear ended at a stop lite.My rule is simple know where you are and more importantly know where they are and always expect them to run you off the road.Hope your back on the road stay safe.
