im doin some powdercoating

well i took my rear rim off and stripped painted and clearcoated it and im not happy with it so i got a nice powdercoating setup and started with the easier stuuf before i attempt to do my rims and exaust ill post some pics

Not sure you want to go with such a glossy black for the pegs. As you can see the rest of the black on the bike has more of a matte finish. I think it would look better with something like one step above a flat black.

Since you got your own powder coating setup now you can experiment a little. The powder in standard colors is relatively cheap anyway.
 
thanks and yes i got an infared light and your right about the gloss it came with the kit so i used it and got familar with it its not perfect but ill get better
 
i also powder coated the foot guards, exhaust bracket, rear peg bracket and pegs and it made a big difference. What made the biggest difference was powder coating the heat shield and exhaust tip on the bike and it took the giant bulky can look off of the exhaust. cheap way to enhance the look without going to full system or slip-on. before and after pics.

oh yeah I did half the bike satin texture and half gloss to figure out which one I like better and I still don't know I got the texture to match the frame and the gloss to match fender I think I wanna do rims in incandesant red gloss black or canary yellow any suggestions your work looks good
