Global warming has hit Texas too. No snow, but it is one of the coldest month of May on record.
It got up to only 75 degrees here today...

"Global Warming" has been dropped ever since, well, the climate stopped getting warmer. In their desire to keep the scam going the climate 'scientists', who make their living with grant money from taxpayers doing questionable science, came up with the Swiss-army-knife description of "Climate Change" so any temperature variation could be chalked up to CO2. Problem solved, until the slow to awake public finally figured out what the scamsters were up to. The whole scam is on the mat being counted out and will be looked at by future generations as one of those things that was 'too stupid for smart people to believe in', just like the old tulip craze in Europe or people buying in to a Ponzi scheme. Eventually the truth comes out.

It's 90* here. Yesterday I got a sunburn riding 5 minutes from my house to the gym in a t-shirt. Air conditioning is on 24/7 from May to November. In Miami you need to turn it on at the end of February.

I used to have a condo in Sunny Isles Beach (formally North Miami Beach) off of Collins and we would get a nice cool ocean breeze so no AC was needed 24/7.

Temp this morning in Central Illinois, 37º.

Totally agree, just not going to let "them" forget their original term for "the sky is falling":poke:

My son lives in Ft. Meyers....we were there a couple weeks ago and it was quite warm there too. But it was snowing the day we left here!
 
A little cold weather (below 50) didn't stop me today. I got in about 100 miles, checked out my new mini tank bag (Firstgear Laguna GPS). It's a nice "little" bag and it holds the GPS receiver too close to read effectively if you only want to use the magnets.

I'm sort of bummed that my new gloves have a defect. The velcro closure fell apart on the right glove of a pair of Icon Superduty. Hopefully the shop will return it to vendor and have another of the same size in stock.

At least it is sunny out so it doesn't feel so cold.:icon_beer:

Just north of there at 461 Ocean Blvd., Eric Clapton put together a nice project. Layla was also recorded at Criteria Studios in Miami in 1970.

That area is also famous for Wolfie's where you got a corned beef sandwich.

One day all those suckers will wake up and admit they were wrong about the world being round. What a joke. It is quite obviously flat or water would never pool anywhere. It would just run forever. People need to get their heads out of their butts.

83 degrees F here in Houston today. It is quite nice out.
 
Sucks for you.
Too damn hot out west. The Mrs. and I did 450 miles on the Wing and after we left the coast it was 97 degrees for 5 hours on the way home. Snow sounds real good about now.
