Well based on all that you're saying and your limited knowledge of carbs I think you should swap over your old carbs. I really doubt bike will run well with stock jetting and full exhaust.

I went back and read Pat's Motorcycle page and he just mentions a full system on Stock Jetting will just not give me the full potential of the lower and mid range. So I am gonna try it first and see how she does before I go through the bigger hassle of pulling the Carbs off each bike.


I had to add an extra shim to the needles from Dale's recommendation, and the idle mixture is set a tad richer, otherwise it runs well over the entire rev range, especially over 5k.
