I looked on the dragons event page and didnt see an even for it. I did see that they have had it in the past tho. Some friends and i are going down in may during the busa bash.

Yeah, that isn't reliable and it's usually not on there. The rallys haven't been as big as they used to be either unfortunately since the economy went in the shitter years ago. Here is the link to the forum for the Rally:
