Fz1 or fz-09?

I'd look into revalving the stock shocks before using heavier oil, especially if you plan on keeping the bike for a few years.
Do it once and do it right.

Would use it for commuting and sort rides with my wife. Which I guess the fz1 would be a better ride for her.

One of the few criticisms of the FZ09 has been the REAL soft suspension.
So in stock form it won't be good at all with a passenger.
