judging from your bottom 2 pics, it looks like it has been down? you really should disclose that kind of info... looks like in pic #2 you can see the scuff on the bar end too?

My assumption was anyone could tell by the pictures the bike had been down. If I were trying to hide anything I would not have included LARGE pictures with the scratches/scrapes.
To those interested the obvious scratches/scrapes included in the large pics are from the bike being dropped. Again I assumed anyone interested i purchasing this beautiful bike would realize.

It's just cosmetic. I don't get folks that make a big deal of that. The beauty of these bikes is that the parts are all pretty easily changed on cosmetic damage. Looks like a great bike for someone!!!
