First Gen Fz1 spark plug boot not seating.

I noticed one of my spark plug boots wasn't fully seated against the valve cover. Its the inside one on the right side of the bike. There's little space in there so I cant get it to seat properly. Any suggestions?
 
I'd pull the boot all the way out and try and reach a small vacuum hose to the top of the spark plug hole and make sure that it's free of debris. Then I would clean the boot really well and lube the circumference of the top of the boot with a tiny amount of dielectric grease, as well as in the hole of the boot where it connects to the spark plug. Then just reinstall it to see if she sits properly atop of the valve cover.
