Lots of cool stuff happening soon. Last week our bid was excepted and contract signed today.

We are going to carry 2 properties until our current home sells so its a little stressful.

Monday the 14th I will participate in TPM's race school and run my first race. If we sell our house I will run a bunch of CCS events next year. Yeay......

Then the 19th and 20th I will close out my Track season at Shenandoah. So much fun this track is. Some other thing I have in the work that I will know more about soon as well. Riden the wave.
 
Great looking house!! 2 properties.. that's nothing! I've been carrying 3 for about 5 years now. If I didn't get stuck with the 2 in FL, I'd have a house in VT by now .. oh well. One day!

Very cool about the race.. hope you kick butt (without going outside of your comfort zone)!

Erci, Goals are 1 don't crash and 2 don't finish last. I was going to do this a couple weeks ago but had a rear tire issue. To bad my times that day wouls have put me in 6th out of 15.


Pete, it has a really nice size garage under the house. It does have a 3 sided out building that I think I will turn into a shop.

Under the house? Interesting... the property and being bordered by the forest is great. Are you allowed to ride dirt bikes there?

I understand about carrying two houses. When we moved last year I carried the Austin house for about two months. We were having it prepped for rent and of course the work took longer than planned.

We are are currently carrying two again as we booted some very good renters so we could actually sell the house. They were always "sicks" so perspective buyers could never look at it.

Anyone want a house in Austin in the University Hills neighborhood?

I just looked at ALL of the photos, really cool. Now I get the basement garage.
