Are USD Fork Upper Repairable?

Quick question, is the upper half of a bent USD fork repairable?

There a pretty good deal on FleaBay for a pair of Ohlins forks for the Tuono. However...one is bent a bit. I know lowers can be repaired or replace reasonably, but what about the upper? I've done some Googling but I've only found results for lowers.

New this is a $2,300 set of forks.

I'm no expert, but I recently sent in a set of slightly bent forks, that you couldn't really tell that they were ,w/out putting them on a flat surface and they ended up being non-repairable.
I do not remember what the bend limit is, but it is surprisingly low. (0.010"-0.020") Mine were bent close to 1/8" over the whole length and wound up in Traxxion's dumpster
Keep in mind that if one side is severely bent, it is 99%sure the other side is too, even though it may look straight in comparison.

I would save my money for a deposit on a new set. They are well bent.

I'd be more concerned with what was ruined internally on that fork.

Maybe if you could get those cheap then find a single with a bent lower as a donor?
