Thanks all for the compliments and positive feedback. Slab leaks and the foundation issues they cause are not any fun at all. Not thrilled about selling my FZ, but like my mom used to say, "Tough times will make a monkey eat hot peppers."

I'll get another FZ1 once the house is squared away and savings replinished.
