I can feel/hear some clicking in my steering neck on my gen 1. I would like to tighten up the bearings a bit but I do not know where to find the spanner tool. Is it the same one that is in my factory tool kit, the one for the rear shock? Thanks in advance!

Nobody wearing Olympia? Not only do I wear it I also sell it. Olympia has the best track record in my department at the dealership and it is very comfortable in most types of weather due to it's versatility.

I have not checked or the servo, it may still be there. As for the cables, I am almost positive they are not there.

Fortunately I work at a Yamaha dealership so I have access to all of the parts diagrams, service techs and manuals. I know I would pretty much need every component.

Were you able to keep your EXUP valve? If not, that might be your problem.

If I am going around 60 mph on my gen 1 and I let off of the handlebars a bit and let it drop to around 50 mph I get pretty bad shake, loose steering head bolt?

Do the stock bars come with the stock bar end weights?

What I would really like to know is what kind of success anyone has had with something like Renthal or Protaper bars, that is what I would really like to replace them with.

Thats wild you found them for less than wjat I found them for, I work at a dealership and when you look them up in the microfiche they are $238 which is insane.
