    ECU flash

I didn't chop my airbox about bud based on Geoffs advice, its all stock apart from Pipercross filter (again Geoff recommended), i even had a custom mid pipe made to retain the exup valve with my Remus 'zorst (again that was recommended by Geoff). How much has Geoff quoted you for the latest...

    ECU flash

I'll defo look into the Nitron buddy! Where abouts are you in London then? Im up the A1 in Beds we'll have to try and sort out an FZ rideout when the decent weather returns. :) glad you like the Re-map Geoff has sorted for you, it also negated chopping around the airbox, just have a pipercross...

    ECU flash

I had my ECU re mapped on the dyno with Hilltop. Significant bump in power and torque 147rwhp and 76lb/ft torque (my post is somewhere on here) Geoff certainly knows his stuff, although I paid a bit more than the £280 you quote! It has more than enough oomph for me now, need to focus on...

Ermax belly pan - Lava red for 2006- FZ1 (non ABS) in UK

Cheers dude, yeah I didnt think it was a huge issue but just felt bad about finding the crack and not adjusting the price. As far as belly pans go I think its one of the nicer ones, just personally dig the Yam more without! Cheers for the comments though bud!

Ermax belly pan - Lava red for 2006- FZ1 (non ABS) in UK

Ok here are some pics, due to not ever removing this from the bike since I bought it I was unaware of the small crack at the bottom of the belly pan itself :( Based on this new find I feel its only fair to reduce the price a little, although luckily the crack is in a position that you...

Ermax belly pan - Lava red for 2006- FZ1 (non ABS) in UK

Hello there, just thought I'd offer this up for FZ1 forum members before selling on ebay. Reason for sale - After a long time thinking about it I personally prefer the look of the Yam without a belly pan. Piccys to follow, just want to put the feelers out there! Cheapest I could find...

    Tuning advice

Eurban you are certainly not being a d**k, sounds like you are just interested in the different approaches, nothing wrong with that! With regard to the exup, doing a bit of research on it gave me reason to believe that it improves engine response at low rpm, and Geoff recommended I keep it if...

    Tuning advice

Dangerous is spot on, i had it done the ideal way ie ECU remap in conjunction with dyno runs, I made no alterations to the engine itself, just a pipercross filter (recommended by Geoff at Hilltop) and had the mid pipe customized to retain the exup (again on recommendation), gutted cat and baffle...

    Tuning advice

I've said it a number of times now, and without anyone across the pond being able to ride my bike its damn difficult to prove to some skeptics, but I will say it again.... ECU re-flash is the way forward! Ideally in addition with dyno time, if done correctly like my bike was then there is no...

    ECU Flash feedback (poll)

Just do it I had my ECU re-mapped and tweaked on a dyno, difference is night and day, if you think your Yam is quick now you will be astounded after remap, especially the beefier low end pull from idle, I have posted about it on here just do a quick search mate. Without doubt the best...
