Just took a trip from Minnepolis up to Thunder Bay, Canada!! Put 850 miles on in 2.5 days. It was awesome, love my FZ1. BUT....With that said, I was cramping up all the time in the knees and thighs...anyway to put "highway" pegs on a 2006 FZ1???? Let me know. Thank you!!!

I am looking for a good place to buy side bags for my 2006 FZ1, I hate paying full dealership retail. Anyone know any good places online to shop for side bags?? Also, looking for a rear seat with a backrest....do they make those for the 2006 FZ1?? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you...

Thanks everyone!! I plan on just draining the old and putting in new. Also, thank you for the drain plug warning. I will just drain it from the hose. Forums are awesome!! My brother is picking up some prestone 50/50 as we speak so I should be riding again in a few hours. Thanks everyone

My coolant reservoir is below the min line. What type of coolant do any of you recommend? Can I just use like Peak from an auto parts store?? It’s a 2006 with under 5000 miles on it so I do not want to risk damaging anything. Any suggestions??

All the reviews I have found on google say that the 2006 is FI, I guess that makes me a gen2 rider. Yeah Buddy!!! Until someone corrects me. LOL
