I tried it several times. The latest firmware version won't work on my PCV. This was a known issue at dynojet and they send me version 0.1.10.6. right away. I loaded this version and the problem with the tps was solved directly.

Yesterday i did a free run on a mobile dyno. I'm pretty happy with the numbers but i noticed that the air/fuel is a little rich in the midrange.
Is it worth it to modify the map? Should a optimized A/F gives a stronger midrange power?
Further there are no complaints and the bike. It goes...
Watch out for that! I loaded the latest version in my PCV and from the point there was no readout from the TPS sensor.
I did i rollback to the old firmware and everything was fine again.
Installed graves velocity stacks. Nice upgrade with a noticable better mid range (6500 rpm) Instant wheelies from second gear when you come out of of corner and hit the throtle arround 7000rpm;

I had both setups. I'm currently run at 16/46 (with stock DID chain) and i stay at 16/46. 46 gives you just that little extra with nearly comprising the comfort for highway use. MUCH better low / mid power. It just feel more snappy and goes fasther though the gears like a 1000cc bike should :)...

It's from MRA. I bought the windscreen second hand so i have no idea what specific type it is.
I have a longer Puig double bubble windscreen for the longer trips with allot of highway. The MRA is not so comfortable for highway use, however it helps you to keep the speed a little bit lower ;)

Problem solved. I contacted powercommander and they send me an older firmware version (0.1.10.6). TPS readout is now flawless.
To everyone: Don't upgrade your pcv firmware to 0.1.13!!
I recieved the ECU from Ivan. i try to calibrate the tps on the pcv. The RPM and fuel adjustment is visible in the PCV software but the TPS positioning stays at 0% and gives me no voltage.
When i check the tps on the dash (with reset and select) is get 16 at idle and 91 at full throtle...
i made some progress. i installed the pcv, made the airbox mod en and my ECU is currently shipped back from Ivan.
One question, I always ride with a db killer in my gppro is there any approvement or need the gutting the cat?

I'm currently installing my new Powercommander V in preperation of the ECU Flash from Ivan.
It looks like it works well, no error codes and the bike runs fine. Note: I only idle the bike because the roads are dirty and my FZ1 doesn't like dirty roads ;).
