It activates your high beams only when depressed. We use it to flick them and alert someone that they have their high beams on, that there is a hazard ahead or (more likely) that there are po-po ahead.

That was hilarious, except when he 'lifted' himself into the back of the truck. LOVE when he hot the taxi. Or when he flew over the barrier & the bars and some random dude was like WTF?

I find that I can hold a left turn better as well, but because i often trailbrake when reaching the limit of grip, and it is hard for me to both push hard on the peg and the brake with the one foot.
