Bugger! I've finally made enough time to go for a ride and "scottyd" was on top of my list of people to pm. Definitely keep your riding gear mate. I've only just managed to get some decent apparel after a big sell off much like yours about 10yrs ago. All the best with it all mate!

Reading this thread was making me itchy for another upgrade. Then reality sunk in and figured I should learn to ride again before spending money on something which isn't a limiting factor :p Sure is a nice bit of kit though!

Job well done! Some great little touches there. Indicators on the bar ends are particularly cool. Headlight is a great old meets new touch, but it works. Looks good.

I had a look at aust post prices and didn't bother looking into it any further. I just kept my oem seat and let them take the extra $$ from my CC. Figured I could recoupe some of the money back on ebay if I ever wanted a change. To be honest though, I'm so happy with the seat and service that...

I scored a top sellerie seat (including pillion) in their sales section. I looked at all the other popular options and this worked out to be the best value. For my size (180cm, 80kg) It's a perfect fit and has proven to be a massive improvement over the stock seat. they also look great!
