I found it to be more comfortable than the original, but still too hard for my bony, unpadded backside. I didn't experience any problems with the heat that other guys have mentioned.

That really sucks and I hope I don't emulate you. My Sargent seats arrived today. If they fit our backsides comfortably I will have a perfect rearseat (and front, actually) for sale on here very soon. If you are interested I can let you know soon.
