Hey guys, selling my XT660 risers I brought for the FZ1 Gen2. I brought these to get an aggressive stance on the stock bars. They are OEM parts from a 2008 XT660. These work with the standard FZ1 bar without contacting any part of the bike. Couple of things to note:
The clutch cable and break...
Shoot me a PM. I brought some XT660 risers that work with the standard bars and don't hit the tank or fairing and give a nice aggressive stance. I no longer have the bike so have these floating around. PM me if you interested and I will sell them.
Took the words out my mouth :) with it being a daily driver i dont have to take it off the road going this route and alternate the callipers to suit.
And anything is better then what i am currently running :)
Anyone know of what other Yamaha models use the same callipers as the Gen 2 FZ1. Rebuild kits seem to be of similar price to used callipers, so going to scope some callipers out.
Im not interested in fork conversions as its a daily driver.

May I ask what luggage rack combination you are running to have the SW motech top rack and also have e21's fitted to the side, the only options I see for Fz1 are for V35, But they are a bit bigger then what I am after.
on a side note, I love the FZ1 in white :drools:
That looks amazing, Looks better then the stock orange / red in my opinion. May I ask the cost for that combo, and what did you get them to change all in?
I have a question. What if the number is over 100 at WOT like at 102. I checked mine yest and it was within spec. Checked my mates FZ6 and his is 18 at closed and 102 at WOT. Assuming it just needs a little adjustment but is there any negative to the number being this high?
Thanks
I also noticed the same thing in mine oil window after a wash on a cold day, seems to be fine after a good run, Can I ask a question about the coolant tank. I am assuming you are all referring to the one under the seat by the shock? If so. is this supposed to be full? A couple thousand miles ago...
