Thank you!! I will check the fuse and go from there. When I got the bike the po had cut the wires on the fans instead of removing the plugs. He thought that the fans needed replaced after the bike was damaged. Not so they just needed tweeked. Thanks again, Jim

Maybe this is answered somewhere but I didn't see it. Do both fans come on at the same time or are they staged? My left one comes on at around 212 but the right one doesn't. Just asking before I go tearing into the bike. Thanks, JJAM

I have been able to ride the bike a couple hundred miles now and love it. Can't wait to do a track day!! I noticed that only one of my fans comes on. Are these staged at different temp's? Otherwise my rewire of the other fan may need some attention? Thanks for any help on the question...

FYI, The headlight housing can NOT take the heat from the better bulbs.:banghead: Now I will have to machine out something to fix the headlight or give in buy another one and run the crappy bulbs? We will see as I have no more time to work on this bike for awhile. Since I really only want to do...

I got some used 1 1/8" clamps for a KTM of of ebay for $35.00 I bought a shorter set of bolts for it and they worked out great.I also had them powder coated black. The bars that I used are a set of Renthal RC low bend.
