Looks great!
So how did you get the wife to leave you alone when you pulled the bike inside? :jk:
That looks GREAT!
We need a shot of the whole bike with the tail like that...![]()
Wife and I split up. :shaking head:
The bike is going bye bye due to divorce. I will buy another Gen II in a year or so and this bike will be resurrected in all its glory and then some. :shine:
Thanks guys.Sorry to hear that Bogie. I only hope that your young enough to get through it and still have time to meet the woman that you'll spend the rest of your life with. I know it's hard these days to find the "right" one but don't let one bad apple spoil it for everyone. I, unfortunately feel that after two marraiges that chewed up 20 years of my life, that it's time to "hang it up" and concentrate on living my life with just my son. At 49, theres not much left in me to start "dating" again. Fortunately it gives me peace and quiet at home, and plenty of time to ride and not have to answer to anyone. Thats my upside to being "womanless". I also didn't have a home or property to be sold and split up, another plus. I hope everything works out for you and your back riding again real soon. Please don't let the lack of your bike from keeping up here on the forum!
Very nice work! Can you explain how it all came together and what was the cost in the end?
Sorry about the divorce. My first wife left me but we didn't have much to split up... it was just a parting of two people. It's what allowed me to meet Michele and have my soul mate for the rest of my life.
It's never too late guys... Don't give up but you don't need to get married to find happiness either. This is a new age and two people "enjoying" each other is perfectly acceptable.
