What did you do to your FZ today?

I washed it, cleaned the chain, and synced the throttle bodies. Anyone who has stated that changing the plugs is a pita...sync your throttle bodies..then let me know what the bigger pita is!!! :) Ordered a new front tire to...mine is starting to look questionable!!!!

Went for a 200k ride. Found my next helmet

It's even pearl white the same as the Retro Kit.

Now I just have to find where to buy one in Australia!

Opened up my front fairing and removed the stock mirrors. While I had stuff apart, I yanked off the whole fairing and (hopefully) fixed the buzzing at 4500 RPM's. Also noticed that my instrument cluster was a little loose, so I added a couple of washers and torqued the bolts/screws back in place. It was raining all day, so I didn't get a chance to test ride it, but I'm optimistic. Next order of business is fabricating something to plug the holes left by the stock mirror removal.

Picked it up from Dealership!!!

Now the work begins :sinister:

Yeah I got a few commitments coming up but I will be working on the headlight soon.

I will be picking up the tail from the body shop this coming week an will get that swapped out. So I will have a stock tail and brake lights for sale soon.

Did 17--->16 tooth front sprocket swap. I wish all of my mods/upgrades went that smoothly. Took about 1/2 hour total including adjusting and lubing the chain. :D Installed the SpeedoDRD yesterday and programmed it for the 16 tooth sprocket. Now just have to wait for the rain to stop and I'll be in business.

Ordered the stock handle bar from part shark. I've never really cared for the previous owner's handle bar set up.

Thanks for the advise Eric and I hope your rear shock is more comfy ON the bike ;) I need one of those too!

thanks to 85vmax I finally got some new footpegs on the old gir, and updated the rear brakes tonight with a slick looking rotor and some new EBC pads.
