winterizing my bike

looking for tips on winterizing my 06 Fz1.
I did the gas stabilizing.
Covered the exhaust pipe.
Have taken the weight of the wheels
How the flip do you get the battery out and the spark plugs, is it as hard as it looks.
Also looking for suggestions on what I may be forgetting

Unless your storage space will get pretty cold, all you need to do for the battery is put it on a battery tender. Battery is under the seat and nothing bad to remove if you need to take in inside so it will stay above freezing.


I use a Deltran battery tender - it comes with a harness that once hooked up on the battery just lets you plug in and maintain the battery without having to remove the seat to connect.
