I have been posting resized pics to meet the file size, but they're little. ???
Why are my pics so tiny?

Don't worry so much about the physical size of the photo. Just make resolution changes. I use Photobucket and I just keep it set to 600x480 or for 15" monitors. This way no matter what size the photo is, once it's uploaded to Photobucket, they automatically change the size making it compatible to be viewed here normally. My camera takes photos that are high resolution and can be between 4 and 6mb's each. Photobucket takes them and they turn out being less than 1mb and 600x480 resolution. One of the other members told me about the setting on Photobucket. There are many other photo sites that you can upload to. They all pretty much do the same thing.

I don't use a host, just my 'puter. Is there something in the forum settings that I can maniuplate?

I don't believe so Ally. It's very easy to register with Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket
and upload your pics there. Then you can manipulate them to whatever size you'd like. Its quick, easy, and painless, and best of all.....it's free!! Check it out.

You are uploading the files as attached thumbnails and should be able tk click on them to enlarge......you can also click on the thumbnail and view as a picture in the web page and insert the image tags around the address to get th same affect.

Another option: If you have a gmail email account, you already have a picassa account which is free and you can use it to upload pics as well. You don't have to download the software unless you want to.
